Applications Materials
The High resolution 0.001 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is designed for measuring the thickness of metals and non-metals e.g. aluminum, titanium, plastics, ceramics, glass and any other good ultrasonic wave-conductor materials.
It can be used in industrial applications to perform precise measurements on various kinds of new materials, parts and components, and it can also be used to monitor various kinds of pipes and pressure vessels for the decrease of their thickness due to corrosion and /or erosion.
Thickness Measurement
Set the sound velocity.
Put the coupling agent on the place to be measured.
Couple the probe with the material to be measured.
Then the screen will display the thickness.
