Calibration

1, Zero calibration: After turning on, the hardness tester is in working state, and the length of the pressing needle is extended at this time, the screen show zero for hardness value.
2, Non-zero calibration: Please make the bottom surface of the hardness tester and the flat glass plate contact fully , so that the extended length of the pressure pin is zero. At this time, the screen hardness value should be 100.

Note: the needle tip and the glass plate should be strictly avoided strong contact and impact during calibration in order to protect the conical needle tip of the hardness tester, otherwise it is easy to damage the hardness tester needle, and the hardness tester can not work properly.

Maintenance

1, The hardness tester should avoid impact and heavy pressure, and should not be placed in the environment of strong magnetic field, humidity or oil stains.
2, If the hardness tester is not used for a long time, three button batteries should be taken out and stored properly.
